Cooking tips. I.  Pre-heat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/ Gas Mark 6. 2. Sit the salmon on foil and scatter with lemon slices, herbs and seasoning. 3. Splash with wine and fold up the foil to seal. 4. Cook for approx. 75-80 minutes, checking it’s cooked through. 5. Remove foil and place on a serving plate. 6. Garnish with extra lemon slices and herbs.
