Located in the town of Bellshill in Lanarkshire, Salmo Salar have the joint vision of bringing restaurant quality fish to customers. This Scottish Smokehouse is family owned, harnessing over 65 years of experience in the fish industry to lovingly produce smoked salmon, dry cured by hand.
