START:
Take your lamb out of the fridge to reach room temperature. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Gas Mark 5 and lightly salt the lamb. Place in a roasting tin and put in the hot oven. Cook according to pack directions. Peel and cut potatoes into quarters. Bring to the boil in a saucepan, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Put oil in a roasting dish and place in the oven to heat up. Drain the potatoes, then add to the hot oil in the roasting dish. Make sure each is coated in oil, then place in the oven for 45 minutes. Peel the carrots and chop into batons. Add hot oil to another roasting dish, add carrots and make sure each is coated in oil. Place in the oven. Remove the lamb from the oven, transfer to a chopping board and cover with tin foil. Put the Yorkshire puddings in the oven. Put the peas, cabbage and tenderstem in the microwave and cook according to pack directions, set the table, then carve the lamb and serve.
