LET IT RISE!
1. This recipe takes time and your need to allow time for the dough to rise so make sure you plan in when you are going to make this. 2. Make sure your worktop is sufficiently floured for when you are rolling so it doesn’t get stuck. 3. As with bread, the babka will start drying out after 24 hours so make sure you store in an airtight container or you can freeze it!
