SERVES: 2 PREP: 3 mins
• 80ml Old Hopkins Spiced Rum • Juice ½ Lime
• Juice ½ small Lemon • Lemon and Lime slices
Mix the rum, the lemon and lime juice and ground ginger together. Divide this between 2 tall glasses. Pour half the IPA in each glass. Top each glass with the lemonade – add some lemon and lime slices and serve.
