TOP TIPS
Step 1 Bring your Wagyu steaks to room temperature so the meat will cook evenly and guarantee a tender, juicy steak. Step 2 Sear your Wagyu in a pre-heated pan for 1.5-2 minutes on each surface, then move to a moderate heat to finish cooking. Step 3 Wagyu is best served medium rare and should be about 50°C. Step 4 Leave to rest for 5 minutes so that the meat’s fibres can relax and reabsorb those delicious juices.
