Ingredients • 50ml Bellucci Amaretto • 25ml Semi-skimmed Milk • 25ml Double Cream • 2 drops of The Pantry Moroccan Almond Extract

Method Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette (or a martini glass). Garnish with grated Moser Roth dark chocolate and hazelnut shavings.
