Method
Pour the boiling water over the sugar and stir to dissolve – allow to cool. Put the cooled sugar syrup, whisky and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for a few minutes. Add some ice cubes and shake some more. Strain into two glasses – top with some ice cubes and decorate with lemon.
