Ingredients • 440ml Perfect Storm IPA • 300ml Lemonade • ½ tsp Ground Ginger • 80ml Old Hopkins spiced rum • Juice ½ Lime

Mix the rum, the lemon and lime juice & ground ginger together. Divide this between two tall glasses. Pour half the IPA in each glass. Top each glass with the lemonade – add some lemon and lime slices and serve.
