Old Curiosity Distillery. The Old Curiosity Distillery
founder Hamish Martin is a renowned Scottish herbologist. His secret herb garden has over a thousand juniper bushes, complemented by 500 herbs and floral varieties. Everything happens on site here, from hand-picking and drying the flowers through to distilling, bottling and labelling their carefully crafted gins.
