You will need • 300g Scottish Porridge Oats
• 70g Foodie Market Fruit & Nut Mix • 70g Foodie Market Seed Mix • 150g Berry Mix
• 100ml Maple Syrup • 35ml Runny Honey • 135ml Coconut Oil
Method Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking parchment. Mix together the oats, oil, honey and maple syrup. Chop any of the larger nuts up in the bounty mix and add all these along with the seeds and mix well. Lay the oat mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and with a fork stir them around, then bake for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool, add the berry mix and store in an airtight container.
