In 1914, Pietro Equi brought his incredible Italian ice cream to Scotland. Four generations later, his traditional family ice cream recipe is still being produced, only now it has a few special ingredients from around the world and comes in a range of award-winning flavours, including Sea Salt & Caramel and Madagascan Vanilla.
