Gingerbread Syrup Use this simple syrup recipe to elevate your hot drinks.
Ingredients • 240ml Water • 200g Golden Caster Sugar • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar • 2 tbsp Honey • 1 tsp Cinnamon • 1 tbsp grated Ginger
1. Salmon & Cream Cheese
• 4 Peppercorns • 1 Orange Peel Method
Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan and stir over medium- low heat to dissolve the sugar. Turn the heat off once the syrup has come to a simmer. Do not boil. Cover and leave the syrup to infuse until cool. Strain into a clean jar or bottle. Pour into your coffee to finish!
