A traditional Scottish cocktail with a gin twist, mixed with oats, apple juice and blackberries.
Ingredients • 50ml Toradh Traditional Scottish Gin • 20g Brochan Porridge Oats • 150ml The Juice Company Apple Juice
•8 Fresh Blackberries •5ml Lemon Juice •1 tsp Scottish Honey • Ice
Method Put the oats and apple juice together in a large glass, and mix well, then leave to steep for 5 minutes. Add the blackberries and muddle them with a wooden spoon to break them up. Strain the juice through a sieve. Add the gin, lemon juice and honey and stir through. Serve over ice and decorate with a slice of apple, blackberry and a sprig of heather.
