Gin with a twist?
Ingredients • 50ml Gin • 1 tbsp Sugar • 20ml Lemon Juice • 50ml Mango, blended • Tonic Water • Ice • Raspberries, to garnish
Method Put the gin, sugar, lemon juice and mango pureé into a shaker with the ice. Shake, strain into a glass over ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with raspberries.
