Ingredients • 400g Greek Style Yogurt

• 30ml Olive Oil • ½ tsp Salt • ½ tsp Pepper • ¼ tsp Paprika

• 1 Cucumber • 1 Garlic Clove • 15ml Lemon Juice

Method First, scoop the seeds out of the cucumber, then grate it. Next, finely chop the garlic. Add the grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to the yogurt and stir until fully combined.
